1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and vv44 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") governing access to and use of the vv44 website located at https://vv44.club and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the vv44 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vv44 platform.

vv44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. 1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the vv44 platform including, without limitation, sports betting, live casino gaming, slot machine gaming, virtual sports, and any other wagering product or service made available by vv44 from time to time. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the vv44 Privacy Policy and the vv44 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vv44.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are drafted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience purposes only, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and governing text in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vv44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vv44 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to register accounts, make deposits, or participate in any wagering activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so under duress or coercion.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of vv44 services, players must register a personal account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times. If you become aware that any information on your account is inaccurate, you must contact [email protected] immediately to request a correction.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, vv44 reserves the right to require identity verification from any player at any time. Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vv44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and vv44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact vv44 support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

vv44 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across Bangladesh can fund their accounts and receive their winnings conveniently and securely. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment partners may be added or removed from time to time at vv44's sole discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at vv44 is ৳500. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. vv44 will not process deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the associated account may be subject to review. Deposits are credited to your vv44 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at vv44 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to standard processing verification. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedules of individual Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

vv44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players should ensure that their account KYC documentation is complete and up to date to avoid delays. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts with incomplete verification may be held pending the satisfactory completion of identity checks.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the vv44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where an international payment card is used and the card is denominated in a currency other than BDT, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied by the card issuer or payment processor. vv44 does not charge currency conversion fees directly, but third-party conversion costs may apply.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

vv44 employs robust fraud detection systems to protect both the platform and its players. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of the deposit and withdrawal system — will be immediately suspended. All funds held in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently if fraud is confirmed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vv44 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of an individual promotion, all bonus funds awarded by vv44 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly displayed in the terms of each promotional offer. Players are encouraged to read all promotional terms carefully before opting in to any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, and per IP address. vv44 reserves the right to withdraw or withhold any bonus from any player who is found to be in breach of these Terms or who is suspected of bonus abuse.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vv44 takes bonus abuse seriously. Patterns of wagering that suggest a player is attempting to exploit promotional offers — including placing exclusively low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or coordinating wagering with other players — will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, vv44 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void any winnings associated with those bonus funds, and close the relevant accounts.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the vv44 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vv44 platform:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to re-register after an account has been closed or suspended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any competitive advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about live game states or coordinating wagers to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vv44 support staff or other users of the platform in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Breach of any of the obligations set out in this section may result in, at vv44's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account; forfeiture of all or part of your account balance; reversal of recent transactions; and/or reporting of the activity to relevant financial or legal authorities. vv44's decision in such matters is final and not subject to appeal except where vv44 agrees in writing to reconsider.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the vv44 platform — including but not limited to the vv44 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to vv44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vv44 platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any other way exploit any vv44 content without prior written consent from vv44.

7.1 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the vv44 platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain vested in the respective game providers. vv44 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content and any use of such content is governed by the licences between vv44 and the respective providers.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vv44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vv44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

vv44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their vv44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Platform Availability

vv44 strives to maintain platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, the platform may from time to time be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond vv44's reasonable control including internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions. vv44 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability arising from such circumstances.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the vv44 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of live game events. vv44 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. All wagers are placed at the player's own risk and vv44 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from a player's wagering decisions. By using the vv44 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through vv44's internal complaints process should be directed in writing to [email protected]. vv44 will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
